Take a look at a photo or two and youíre bound to notice that these aren't your motherís mosaics!! Crackpot Mosaics is a unique twist on the traditional art of mosaics. One thing that sets Crackpot Mosaics apart is the materials used. In addition to vitreous glass, ceramic tiles, pottery shards, & glass 'gems', materials for these pieces include vintage toys, coins, plastic charms, and all sorts of knick knacks.

   Another difference is the surfaces that are used as the foundations for the mosaics. Some of these include bowling pins, vintage irons & teapots, artificial fruits and vegetables, and the beloved magic 8 ball!! Crackpot Mosaics specializes in kitsch as an art element.
