Julie Charles, proud crackpot, began Crackpot Mosaics in 2000. She has found it to be a wonderful no rules art form which helps to feed her need to haunt thrift stores and rummage sales in search of unusual ceramics and knick knacks for her art. Julie has incorporated many of her passions into the mosaics including toys, plastic charms, bowling paraphanalia, and your basic kitsch.
